This website, drevelia.com (the “Site”), is operated by Thomas Bernard Calvet, trading as Drevelia (“Drevelia”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
Drevelia provides this Site, including the information, products, tools and services available through it, subject to these Terms of Service.
By accessing the Site and/or purchasing a product from us, you use our “Service” and agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with the policies referenced in them, including our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer our products and services online.
1. Online Store Terms
By using this Site, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a contract or that you are using the Site with the appropriate permission of a parent or legal guardian where required.
You must not use our products or Services for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.
You must not attempt to introduce viruses, malicious code or other material designed to interfere with the Site, the Service or other users.
A breach of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of access to the Service.
2. General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse or restrict access to the Service where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, unlawful activity or breach of these Terms.
Information transmitted through the Site may pass through different networks and systems.
Payment information is handled through secure payment providers and encrypted during transmission.
You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any substantial part of the Service or Site content without our prior written permission.
3. Products
We make reasonable efforts to display our products, colours, materials, textures, sizes and photographs as accurately as possible.
However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings, lighting conditions or normal manufacturing variations.
Product descriptions, availability and prices may be updated from time to time.
Products are offered subject to availability.
We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities where reasonably necessary.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights where a product is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not conform to the contract.
4. Prices, Taxes and Payment
Prices on Drevelia are displayed in pounds sterling (£ / GBP) unless otherwise stated.
The price applicable to an order is the price displayed during checkout when the order is placed.
Any taxes or other charges collected by us will be displayed at checkout where applicable. You will not be asked to pay any additional customs duties, import taxes or carrier clearance fees on delivery.
Payment is processed securely using our payment service providers.
Drevelia does not store your full payment card details.
5. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when placing an order.
This includes your name, billing information, delivery address and email address.
We may cancel or refuse an order where there is a reasonable indication of fraud, an obvious pricing error, unauthorised activity or another legitimate reason.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, any amount due to you will be refunded.
6. Shipping
We currently deliver exclusively to the United Kingdom.
Standard shipping is free on all orders.
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 working days, with an estimated delivery time of 6–9 working days after dispatch.
The total estimated delivery time from placing your order is 7–12 working days. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. Full delivery information is available in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Returns and Refunds
Drevelia offers a 30-day return period from delivery.
Our commercial 30-day return policy applies to personalised products on the same terms as other products. Personalisation alone is not a reason to refuse an eligible return.
After notifying us of your return within 30 days of receiving your order, please send the goods back within 14 days of that notification. This applies to returns under our commercial policy, including personalised products.
This commercial policy is additional to statutory cancellation and refund rights. The Return & Refund Policy distinguishes the applicable notification, return and refund deadlines.
Return shipping is free for eligible returns. We provide a prepaid return label showing the address to use. Our registered business address cannot receive returned parcels. No return postage or restocking fee is charged.
The conditions and procedure for returns, refunds, exchanges and damaged products are described in our Return & Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
8. Product Care and Safe Use
Products should be used and cared for in accordance with any labels, instructions or care recommendations supplied with them.
Drevelia is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, improper care, unauthorised alteration or use contrary to product instructions, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
9. Accuracy of Site Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information displayed on the Site is accurate.
From time to time, information may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions concerning product descriptions, pricing, promotions, availability or delivery information.
We may correct errors and update information where reasonably necessary.
If an error materially affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you where appropriate.
10. Optional Tools and Third-Party Links
The Site may provide access to third-party services, tools, applications or websites.
We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their independent content, privacy practices or terms.
You should review the applicable terms and policies of third-party services before using them.
11. User Comments and Submissions
If you submit a review, suggestion, photograph, comment or other material to us, you confirm that you have the right to provide that material.
You must not submit unlawful, defamatory, abusive, fraudulent, infringing or malicious content.
Where you provide content for publication or promotional use, we may use that content in accordance with the permission you have provided and applicable law.
12. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content available on drevelia.com, including text, branding, logos, graphics, photographs, product images, designs and website content, belongs to Drevelia or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit protected content without prior authorisation.
13. Personal Information
The collection and use of personal information through the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Our store is hosted by Shopify and uses Shopify Network Intelligence. Shopify processes information about your visits and purchases, together with information from your interactions with other merchants and Shopify, to provide Enhanced Services such as personalisation and advertising. Information is shared with Shopify and relevant third parties that may be located in other countries. These activities are subject to applicable consent requirements. Our Privacy Policy explains this processing and your choices, including access to the Shopify Privacy Portal.
14. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
In particular, nothing limits your mandatory consumer rights or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Subject to those rights and to the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss arising from use of the Site or products.
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
15. Indemnity
Where permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for losses arising directly from your unlawful use of the Site or deliberate breach of these Terms.
Nothing in this section limits rights granted to consumers by law.
16. Severability, Waiver and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as modified or removed only to the extent necessary, while the remaining provisions remain effective.
A failure by us to enforce a provision immediately does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
These Terms, together with the policies incorporated into them, form the agreement between you and Drevelia relating to use of the Site and purchase of products.
17. Events Outside Our Control
We will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, transport disruption, carrier failures, industrial disputes, governmental measures, telecommunications failures or other comparable circumstances.
This does not affect rights that consumers may have under applicable law.
18. Governing Law and Disputes
Drevelia is operated from France.
These Terms are governed by French law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to customers residing in the United Kingdom.
Nothing in these Terms deprives a UK consumer of mandatory rights or protections available under the applicable law of the part of the United Kingdom in which they live.
If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first at contact@drevelia.com so that we can attempt to resolve the matter directly.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our Services, business practices or legal requirements.
The current version will be published on this page together with the date it was last updated.
Changes will not retrospectively reduce statutory rights relating to orders already placed.
